Returns


We'll be happy to refund anything you've bought for up to 30 days from the date of receipt. Goods must be in perfect, unused condition. If you'd like to return an item you bought after 30 days, then please get in touch (restocking fees may apply). Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.
 
Exchanges
We’ll be happy to exchange anything you’ve bought for up to 30 days from the date of receipt. Goods must be in perfect, unused condition. Christmas returns
We offer extended returns on everything purchased from the 1st November until the 25th of December. Goods can be returned until the end of January.
 
Faulty or damaged items
If you think your item is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help.
 
Warranties
If your item is has been purchased on our site and is still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, you should be able to return it to us with a copy of your proof of purchase. The manufacturer may need to inspect it first, but once we confirm that it’s faulty, we will be happy to refund or replace it. We cannot cover the cost of returning the item to you if it isn’t faulty so please speak to us before returning it.
